The CZ Hot Zone is a whole system to melt silicon materials and keep the single crystal growth under a certain temperature.
     Pingdingshan XRD Graphite Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. produces the graphite hot zone which contains of guide cylinder, graphite heat shield, graphite crucible, crucible support, graphite heating element, graphite crucible pedestal and graphite electrode support.We adopt the cold isostatic pressing production technical to the product. It has many advantages, such as high strength, compact structure, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity etc.
